We are seeking an experienced Senior Contract Manager to support a busy procurement environment. This role will suit a commercially minded contracts professional who can draft, negotiate and finalise agreements end-to-end, provide pragmatic risk advice, and keep multiple matters moving in a fast-paced setting. Key responsibilities: Lead negotiations across a range of agreements (low to high risk/complexity). Draft, review and negotiate procurement contracts using endorsed templates (e.g., master agreements, SOWs, supply agreements, variations). Identify and advise on contractual/commercial risk (incl. liability, indemnity, insurance) and support governance/approvals. Support sourcing/tender activity, including review of supplier compliance positions. Prepare clear briefings and approval documentation for senior stakeholders. Partner with cross-functional stakeholders (legal, cybersecurity, privacy, finance, risk, etc.). Maintain accurate contract records, version control and filing within contract lifecycle management systems. Coach and uplift stakeholder capability in contracting processes and document creation. Contribute to continuous improvement and procurement transformation/digitisation initiatives. Skills, Experience and Qualifications: Degree-qualified (Law preferred), or equivalent experience (min 6-8 years) in contract management and procurement (ideally within technology). Strong experience in contract drafting, negotiation, review and governance, including Statements of Work. Confident communicator who can brief senior leaders clearly (written and verbal). Proven ability to juggle competing priorities and deliver quality outcomes within tight timeframes. High attention to detail and strong document control discipline. Advanced MS Office Suite skills.
