With a booming, culturally rich and diverse community, and less than an hourâs drive from the CBD (still within the bounds of Myki and ride-sharing), Melbourneâs North is fast becoming the place to be.   Northern Health are seeking applications from motivated and suitably experienced Director to lead the Northern Doctors services team.  Northern Health is the major provider of acute, maternity, sub-acute, mental health, specialist, community and home-based services in Melbourneâs rapidly growing outer north.  Services are provided through our six main campuses: Northern Hospital Epping, Broadmeadows Hospital, Bundoora Centre, Craigieburn and Mernda Community Hospitals Centres and Kilmore District Hospital. In addition, Mental Health Services are provided at Epping, Broadmeadows, Jacana, Preston, Mill Park, Mernda and Coburg.  About the Role: This role requires a leader with provied tract record of clinical leadership and mangement of a working unit/team, This role is responsible for daily operations of Northern Doctors workforce. Maintain excellent working relationships with Divisional Directors, Heads of Units, Directors Business Managers as well as medical staff. Lead and manage the implementation of the new Medical Specialist and Doctors in Training EBA. Ensure medical credentialing and scope of practices are robust and being managed in a responsive and timely way  To be successful in this role you will have: Experience and good working knowledge of medical workforce and medical education Proven ability to leade a high performing team.
