We are seeking an experienced Corporate Services Manager to provide high-level administrative and operational support to our Australian leadership teams. This is an exciting opportunity for an experienced professional to play a key role in shaping the operational success and strategic growth for our group of companies. The position is based in Melbourne but responsible for branches Australia wide. Key Responsibilities ·Advise senior management on administrative and operational matters, and assist with strategic planning and goal setting. ·Develop and manage the company's administrative, financial, physical, and staffing resources. This includes planning facilities and managing budgets. ·Create and implement procedural statements and guidelines for the organization's administrative, financial, and operational activities. ·Lead and develop the administrative and corporate services staff to ensure smooth business operations and support. ·Support financial reporting and budget preparation by providing essential information and analysis. ·Ensure the company operations and strategies comply with applicable laws and regulations, including those related to risk, work health and safety, and equal employment opportunity. · Represent the organisation in negotiations and organise product presentations to Government departments, manufacturing industry and the construction industry. ·Analyse complex operating and management issues and initiatives that affect the business, and prepare associated reports to senior management. Requirements: Minimum 10 years of work experience in managerial position Bachelor’s degree in Business, Management, or related field. Have a working knowledge of renewable energy industry and construction. This is a full-time position. The remuneration package is between $80K - $100K per annum depending on experience and qualification.
