This is a hybrid, office-based role where you'll be the first point of contact for users, providing remote support and ensuring issues are resolved quickly or escalated appropriately. This position is ideal for someone with 1-2 years' experience in an IT helpdesk or service desk environment who enjoys speaking with people, solving problems, and being part of a collaborative team. The Role Act as the first point of contact for IT support via phone, email, and ticketing system Log and triage incoming incidents and service requests Provide Level 1 support across Windows environments and Microsoft 365 Perform basic Level 2 troubleshooting where appropriate Escalate more complex technical issues to senior engineers Maintain clear documentation and accurate ticket updates Deliver professional, friendly, and confident customer service at all times This role is fully remote support — no on-site travel required. What We're Looking For 1-2 years' experience in an IT Helpdesk / Service Desk role Strong communication skills and a confident phone manner An outgoing personality with a genuine passion for helping users Basic knowledge of Windows OS, Microsoft 365, and common troubleshooting steps A positive attitude and willingness to learn Technical skills are important, but personality, reliability, and customer service mindset are the key drivers for success in this role.
