Position Overview We are seeking an experienced Chief Operating Officer to lead organisational operations, strategic planning and business growth initiatives across the company’s global operations. The successful candidate will play a key leadership role in translating corporate strategy into operational execution while overseeing product development, commercial performance and international project delivery. Key Responsibilities Develop organisational policies, operational strategies and performance objectives for the company Direct and coordinate day-to-day business operations across product development, engineering, finance and commercial functions Translate executive strategy into operational plans and measurable business outcomes Oversee budgeting, financial forecasting and resource allocation across the organisation Lead cross-functional teams responsible for enterprise software development and global telecommunications deployments Evaluate business performance and implement operational improvements to maximise efficiency and productivity Represent the organisation in strategic negotiations, commercial partnerships and international tenders Collaborate with senior technical and commercial leaders to support product innovation and market expansion Prepare strategic reports, operational forecasts and performance updates for executive leadership Identify new market opportunities and oversee implementation of major operational initiatives Required Qualifications and Experience Bachelor degree in Business Administration, Accounting, ICT or a related discipline Minimum 5 years senior management experience in operations, product strategy or enterprise technology environments Demonstrated experience managing cross-functional teams and complex enterprise software projects Strong experience in budgeting, financial management and commercial modelling Experience in telecommunications software, OSS systems or enterprise technology platforms is highly desirable Excellent leadership, strategic planning and stakeholder management skills Knowledge of Persian will be an added advantage as we have some of our software development team in Iran
