Contract ServiceNow Asset Implementation Manager working for a government agency Your new company You will be working for a government agency based in Sydney CBD. Your new role You will lead the end to end implementation and optimisation of Asset Management capabilities within the ServiceNow platform. This role is ideal for someone who has progressed from a ServiceNow development background into platform administration and solution ownership, with strong hands on experience across HAM (Hardware Asset Management), SAM (Software Asset Management), and ITOM (IT Operations Management) modules. What you'll need to succeed Strong background as a ServiceNow developer, now operating in an administrator/implementation capacity. Proven experience implementing and supporting HAM, SAM, and ITOM modules. Deep understanding of CMDB structure, Discovery, and service mapping. Handson experience with scripting (JavaScript, Glide), workflows, UI policies, business rules, and system integrations. ServiceNow certifications (e.g. CSA, CIS-HAM, CIS-SAM, CIS-ITOM).
