The position involves coordinating maintenance schedules, registrations, and fleet records while supporting drivers and operations with vehicle availability and issue resolution. About You Demonstrated experience in an administrative role, experience with fleet is desired but not required. Effective time management skills with a demonstrated ability to meet multiple deadlines and commitments. Demonstrated ability to manage a high volume of administration work with excellent attention to detail. High level communication and interpersonal skills with demonstrated ability to build sustained relationships with stakeholders. Demonstrated ability to work autonomously and as part of a team.
