Project Coordinator - Insurance Building CBD Brisbane QLD Full Time We are currently recruiting for an experienced Project Coordinator to join a growing and well-established business in the insurance building sector . This opportunity will suit someone from an insurance coordination, claims support, repair coordination, or building administration background who enjoys working in a fast-paced environment and being the link between clients, supervisors, subcontractors, and insurer partners. You will work closely with the Building Supervisor to coordinate repair jobs from instruction through to completion, ensuring projects are progressing smoothly, stakeholders are updated, documentation is accurate, and service standards are consistently delivered. The Role Coordinate insurance repair jobs from commencement through to completion Act as a key point of contact for clients, subcontractors, supervisors, and insurer stakeholders Manage repair schedules, site bookings, work orders, and job progress updates Provide regular communication to clients regarding timelines, repair status, and next steps Prepare client reports, internal updates, and supporting project documentation Update insurer portals and systems to ensure KPI and service requirements are met Draft and issue building contracts and required documentation Lodge QBCC Home Warranty Insurance policies Maintain accurate records, job notes, and file documentation throughout the repair process Support the wider team to ensure repairs are delivered efficiently and professionally About You Previous experience in insurance coordination, claims administration, repair coordination, or project support Strong customer service and stakeholder communication skills Able to manage multiple jobs and competing priorities in a busy environment Highly organised with strong attention to detail Proactive, solutions-focused, and confident following jobs through from start to finish Strong administration and system skills across Word, Excel, and Outlook Experience using Prime Ecosystems is advantageous but not essential Construction or insurance building exposure will be highly regarded What’s on Offer Competitive salary package based on skills and experience Long-term career growth and development Supportive and professional team environment Birthday leave each year Discounted gym, health fund, and novated leasing options Modern Milton office location Apply Now If you're looking for your next opportunity in insurance coordination or project support, apply today with your updated CV.
