Senior Business Analyst Your new company A leading higher education institution is embarking on a major curriculum transformation program and is seeking an experienced Senior Business Process Analyst to support the design, mapping, and optimisation of curriculum management processes. This role will play a key part in driving improved governance, data clarity, and streamlined endtoend curriculum operations. Your new role In this role, you will work across academic, operational, and technical teams to define portfolio-level data needs, uplift process maturity, and support the evolution of curriculum management practices. You will partner closely with IT and data teams to shape requirements and enable improved reporting, system integration, and transparency across the course portfolio. What Youll Be Doing Defining portfolio-level data, metrics, and reporting to support planning, prioritisation, and review activities Creating and mapping endtoend curriculum management processes, aligned to organisational process standards and methodology Identifying process improvements and opportunities to streamline curriculum workflows Documenting business requirements and collaborating with IT/data teams to deliver solutions (e.g., Power BI dashboards, system integrations) Using Microsoft tools such as Excel, SharePoint, and Power Automate to support analysis and process design Reviewing, defining, and aligning policy and regulatory instruments related to course portfolio management What you'll need to succeed Extensive experience as a Business Analyst or Senior Business Process Analyst Background in curriculum design or curriculum management within higher education (highly regarded) Strong business process mapping and process improvement expertise Proven ability to translate business needs into clear, structured requirements Confidence working with data, reporting, and digital tools (e.g., Power BI, Microsoft suite) Ability to work collaboratively across academic and technical stakeholder groups What you'll get in return Opportunity to contribute to a major curriculum transformation initiative Collaborative, purposedriven environment Competitive contract rates What you need to do now If you're interested in this role, click 'apply now' to forward an up-to-date copy of your CV. 2985451
