As a Kitchen Steward, you will play a crucial role in ensuring cleanliness, order, and efficiency in the kitchen; contributing to the smooth functioning of the kitchen operations. You will excel as a Kitchen Steward if you have fundamental cleaning skills and a comprehensive understanding of kitchen safety. Maintain cleanliness and hygiene standards in the kitchen area Ensure WHS compliance by conducting temperature and quality checks and managing cross-contamination Support kitchen staff in maintaining an organised and efficient workspace Perform hands-on cleaning tasks, including sweeping, mopping, washing dishes, and waste management Show flexibility in working various shifts over a 7-day roster More about you Previous experience as a kitchen hand is preferred Food Safety Certificate or willing to obtain one The application period will close on 13/04/2026, unless suitable qualified candidates are identified sooner.
