About We’re partnering with one of the world’s largest QSR brands, operating across highly competitive and mature digital markets to hire a Performance Marketing Specialist. This role is focused on driving efficient growth at scale through data-led budget allocation, channel strategy, and market-level optimisation. You’ll be part of a highly experienced digital team, working closely with e-commerce, data & analytics and regional stakeholders to align marketing investment with commercial outcomes. This is an ideal opportunity for someone who is still hands-on in platforms, but ready to step into more strategic ownership while learning from a high-calibre team. What You’ll Be Doing Hands-on in platforms (Meta, TikTok, Google) to optimise performance and structure campaigns effectively Work closely with APAC market activation managers across Australia, NZ, Japan, Taiwan, Malaysia, Singapore & Cambodia Collaborate with offshore execution specialists (Malaysia-based) who support campaign builds and implementation Balance in-platform optimisation with strategic planning and budget allocation Review weekly performance and provide recommendations to improve efficiency and scale What We’re Looking For 3–4 years’ hands-on experience in performance marketing / paid media Strong platform expertise across Meta, TikTok and Google Experience optimising campaigns directly in-platform (not just reporting) Background in a large agency or high-spend in-house environment Ability to work across multiple markets and stakeholders Someone who values learning from highly experienced digital leaders Benefits $110K Super 10% bonus Hybrid working (2 days WFH) EAP support for you & your family Gym & health insurance discounts Team perks If this role sounds like you, send your CV and Cover letter to jess@justdigitalpeople.com.au
