As a Manager - Content and Social, you’ll own and execute ART’s enterprise content and social strategy across the full funnel - from awareness through to advocacy. You’ll lead a highperforming team, work closely with internal stakeholders and agency partners, and ensure our content and social presence is distinctive, relevant and impactdriven. You’ll bring an “audiencein” mindset, lean into culture and trends, and help position ART as a gamechanger in the superannuation category. Day to day, you'll: Develop and deliver an enterprise content marketing strategy aligned to business goals and brand voice. Lead and execute ART’s social media strategy across key channels (LinkedIn, Meta, TikTok and emerging platforms). Oversee the creation, curation and distribution of highquality content across the full member journey. Build and maintain a strategic content calendar aligned to key themes, legislative updates and financial milestones. Partner with Brand and Media teams on paid content campaigns, including budget management and performance tracking. Monitor, analyse and optimise performance to maximise impact and ROI. Collaborate with internal teams, influencers and external agencies to deliver highimpact campaigns. Ensure content and social activity meets governance, compliance and regulatory requirements. Lead, mentor and develop a team of content and social specialists, fostering a culture of excellence and continuous improvement. This role is a 12-month opportunity due to parental leave. Location: Brisbane. About you It goes without saying you'll be a great communicator with top notch interpersonal skills. We'll also expect you to pick up problems and come up with quick, creative ways to solve them. It's quite likely you tick some of the following boxes too: You bring extensive experience leading content and social strategies, with a strong track record of delivering impact across the full marketing funnel. You’re a strategic storyteller who can translate complex financial and regulatory topics into simple, engaging and accessible content. You’re a highly skilled copywriter, with a proven ability to write clear, compelling and compliant copy across channels - from social and digital campaigns to video scripts, headlines and CTAs. You have a strong editorial eye, able to shape narratives, refine tone of voice, and uphold brand standards. You have deep expertise across social platforms, content trends, performance analytics, and you know how to optimise for results. You’re comfortable working in regulated environments, applying governance and compliance requirements without losing creativity or momentum. You’ll collaborate confidently with senior stakeholders, internal teams and external agency partners to deliver highimpact campaigns. You’re an experienced people leader who enjoys mentoring, developing and inspiring highperforming content and social teams.
