Our Ideal Candidate: · Available to work 9:00am to 3:00pm on weekdays · Required to hold an NSW Driver’s License (P2/Full) · Willingness to drive a Unisson vehicle. · High levels of enthusiasm, initiative, and a positive attitude. · Emotional intelligence, resilience, and capacity to perform the work required. · Prior experience working with people with disabilities or in a similar role (desirable) · Experience in warehousing and basic computer literacy (desirable) · Experience in disability support, community services, or similar field · Understanding of warehouse or assembly processes (preferred) · Patient, encouraging, and reliable · Strong communication and teamwork skills · Commitment to person-centered support · Relevant qualification (Certificate III/IV in Individual Support or similar preferred) About the Role: We are seeking a motivated, innovative, and resilient individual to provide support to a group of supported employees attending our employment services based in Thornleigh. You will provide hands-on support to individuals working in warehouse and light assembly environments, helping them build skills, confidence, and independence while ensuring productivity and workplace safety.
