This is a high-energy, delivery-focused project role in an extremely fast-paced environment where priorities move quickly and stakeholder engagement happens daily. Your primary responsibility will be to project manage the Supported Independent Living Service Strengthening: · Updating and redesigning rosters to align with staff availability to ensure they are provided with reasonable, sustainable and compliant roster patterns · Project manage roster realignment initiatives across multiple SIL sites · Supporting client services leaders through change · Maintain strong governance, documentation and reporting · Support change communication and implementation planning You will sit at the intersection of HR, Client Services, Service Optimisation and Scheduling. Continuously bringing structure, clarity and momentum to complex change initiatives. Additionally, provide HR operational support in areas of employee changes, payroll, reporting, management of HR-related inboxes and other HR based projects.
