The role and responsibilities The Senior Modern Workplace Consultant is a delivery focused technology specialist, focusing on client migrations, support, forms and workflow and custom development . This is a key, pivotal role in our growing Digital division. This role can be located in any of Brennan's Australian offices - Sydney, Melbourne, Canberra, Brisbane, Adelaide, Perth or Newcastle. Ensuring that we are delivering our products and services to our clients with high quality outcomes for our clients. This will involve all aspects of delivery including Consulting, Requirements Gathering, Solution Design, Training, Delivery of solution, UAT, migration and Go-Live Support as well as support requests where required. Work with other Senior Consultants to deliver technical project activities including migrations. Provide consultation to the business, offering guidance on leveraging the collaboration features of Microsoft 365, including Microsoft Teams, SharePoint Online, and Power Platform. Technical delivery of support and projects by the most efficient means possible Ensure projects activities are delivered as per the implementation methodology, and work to ensure continuous improvement is applied as appropriate Skills and experience required In-depth, recent, demonstrable experience in SharePoint migrations – file server to SharePoint, SharePoint to SharePoint & tenant to tenant using tools like Sharegate, AvePoint Fly or Quest. Advanced skills and knowledge of Copilot and the ability to demonstrate it's capabilities. Experience in core SharePoint. Teams and OneDrive design and configuration, SPFX Experience providing guidance to customers across Microsoft 365, including Microsoft Teams, SharePoint Online, and Power Platform Demonstrated experience implementing solutions in the following forms and workflows toolset: Power Automate, Power Apps; Nintex Forms & Workflows Demonstrated experience in developing and running PowerShell scripts. Demonstrated experience in O365 include Microsoft Teams, Governance (Purview) and Security Experience in managing SharePoint Server Administration (On-Premises & Online) Experience of working in a Systems integrator or tech consultancy Australian PR or Citizenship only to be considered for this opportunity.
