The successful candidate will be responsible for managing all on-site activities, ensuring construction progresses according to schedule and budget, and maintaining a safe and efficient work environment. Your new role In this role, you will oversee all construction activities to ensure projects are completed on time and within budget, manage teams including subcontractors and labourers, enforce safety regulations and quality standards, coordinate with architects, engineers, and stakeholders, and resolve on-site issues promptly and efficiently. What you'll need to succeed Proven experience and have successfully delivered projects in the industrial/commercial construction space Prioritisation and adaptability Leadership and delegation QBCC licence What you'll get in return Competitive salary package between $150-$200k super (experience/project dependent).
