About the role The ServiceNow Administrator sits within the ServiceNow Modern Run Team and works closely with other teams to convert customer needs into functional solutions. In this role, you will: Build, test, maintain, and enhance ServiceNow solutions Support internal and external customers with technical guidance Manage technical backlogs and deliver enhancements Ensure consistently high service levels AC3 is dedicated to grow the representation of women in technology and are warmly encouraged to apply. What you’ll do Develop a deep understanding of both internal and external customers Maintain excellent service levels and responsiveness Ensure frequent and clear communication for all requests and incidents Act as a “ServiceNow evangelist” raising awareness of the platform capabilities and encouraging adoption Contribute to customer-facing artefacts that simplify technical concepts Maintain and enhance ServiceNow instances (patching, configuration, optimisation) What we’d love to see? 1-3 year experience administering and supporting ServiceNow platform (ITSM, ITOM, HRSD, CSM, etc.) Experience working in an ITIL environment Strong understanding of configuration vs customisation best practices Experience managing multiple tasks in a busy environment Strong stakeholders communication and customer service skills A proactive, customer-first mindset ServiceNow CSA and ITIL certifications a plus Willingness to learn and grow Even if you don’t check every box, your passion and curiosity matter.
