The Role We’re seeking a proactive Coordinator with strong planning and resource allocation skills to support our Rope Access and Scaffolding workforce. In this role, you’ll forecast labour needs, understand how to structure and piece together effective scaffold crews, and ensure the right people are allocated to the right work at the right time. You’ll manage workforce data, maintain roster accuracy, resolve availability issues, and work closely with internal teams to keep projects moving efficiently. Key Responsibilities Forecast and allocate Rope Access and Scaffolding personnel in line with compliance and roster rules Maintain accurate workforce planning and roster data Manage the master roster and confirm worker availability Identify gaps and coordinate timely replacements Archive inactive personnel and support re-engagement Investigate roster drops and report trends and corrective actions Prepare workforce utilisation and roster stability reports Coordinate labour hire requests with internal teams and recruitment Support Recruitment with Gap identification and suitability of candidates Align personnel availability with project and mobilisation needs Support retention through proactive worker engagement Ensure compliance, data accuracy, and confidentiality in all workforce records About You Eligible to work in Australia Hold an Australian recognised qualification Experience in workforce planning or scheduling within Scaffolding and/or Rope Access environments. Strong understanding of scaffold crew structures and rope access team deployment. Proven ability to manage rosters and personnel allocations across diverse teams. Highly organised with strong attention to detail and accuracy. Intermediate skills in Excel, Outlook, and Word, with confidence using new systems. Excellent communication and relationship‑building skills. Strong problem‑solving and data analysis skills to identify trends and risks. Professional, confidential, and proactive in supporting workforce engagement and improvements.
