Receptionist Henderson Location ASAP Start - Must start by Monday 16/3 $33 - $38 per hour - dependent on experience (3 months with Pearl Recruitment with the potential to transition over to the clients books on a Permanent basis dependent on operational requirements at the time , with a great salary on offer!) What will this position entail? This role will see you taking on a variety of responsibilities where you will learn how to time manage and organise, completing the below job duties: Greeting customers and clients as they enter Answering incoming calls from clientele Data entry Assisting with compliance, scanning and cropping of documentation Maintain meeting rooms and common areas to a great standard Stocktake and ordering of office stationary and kitchen consumables Any other general administrative tasks where required What are the benefits?
