Job Duties: Provide efficient routine administration to the team, assisting with raising purchase orders, subcontractor/supplier invoices, and reconciliation. Manage project documentation, including tenders, reports, permits, licences and other general applications. Updating clients, suppliers and contractors on project schedules. Update variations, claims and project processes. Any ad hoc duties as required by management. Requirements: Previous office administration experience, ideally within the construction industry. Proficient understanding of Microsoft suite products. A team player with excellent interpersonal, communication and problem-solving skills. Drivers licence and full Australian working rights.
