The Role As the Operations Manager - Access Solutions , you will provide strategic and operational leadership across Warrikal’s Rope Access, Scaffolding, and Blast & Paint divisions. You will be accountable for the safe, efficient, and commercially sound delivery of all work scopes, ensuring alignment with client expectations, HSE standards, budget parameters, and contractual obligations. This role requires a leader who can drive business growth, strengthen key client partnerships, optimise resource planning, and maintain rigorous operational performance across multiple sites. You will oversee financial management, equipment readiness, and end‑to‑end project execution, while developing high‑performing teams and fostering a culture of safety, accountability, and continuous improvement. This is a critical leadership position for a seasoned operator who can influence, innovate, and deliver at scale.
