Full time and Permanent role Based in Landsdale Work along 40-50 projects at once Production Coordinator / Scheduler Full-time | North of the River (Landsdale) | Busy manufacturing environment We’re looking for a Production Coordinator / Scheduler / Manager to help keep our manufacturing facility running smoothly. Our business manufactures transportable buildings, site offices, containers, toilets and modular structures , with around 40 projects being built at any one time . This role is all about keeping those projects organised, on schedule and moving through the factory efficiently . You’ll spend most of your time in the office coordinating schedules, answering customer questions and resolving issues , but you’ll also be out in the factory each day doing rounds, checking progress and working with the trades to keep everything on track. This role would suit someone who is organised, practical and confident dealing with tradespeople , even if you haven’t worked in construction before. What You’ll Be Doing Managing the production schedule across multiple projects in the factory Coordinating the workflow of trades such as carpenters, electricians, plumbers and painters Checking progress on builds during daily factory walk-throughs Identifying delays or issues and finding practical solutions to keep projects moving Communicating with customers regarding progress, timelines and any changes Working closely with the factory team and management to prioritise jobs Coordinating materials and ensuring projects have what they need to stay on schedule Updating internal systems and keeping project schedules organised and accurate Helping ensure builds move smoothly from production through to dispatch About You You don’t need to be a builder or engineer — but you do need to be someone who can organise people, manage schedules and keep things running smoothly . You’ll likely bring: Experience in production coordination, scheduling and/or operations support Confidence dealing with tradespeople and factory teams Strong organisational skills and the ability to manage multiple projects at once A practical, problem-solving mindset Good communication and customer service skills Ability to stay calm and prioritise in a fast-paced environment Basic computer skills (Excel, job tracking systems, etc.) Experience in manufacturing, construction, fabrication, transportables or building trades would be helpful, but not essential.
