RESPONSIBILITIES Conceptualise, design and produce on-brand assets across EDMs, websites (multiple global regions), social media content, paid media, print and POS materials. Deliver on-trend, commercially strong designs that align with the brand aesthetic. Develop creative ideas for campaigns, launches and always-on content while pushing boundaries in a considered way. Edit video content for campaign launches, paid ads and social media. Collaborate with the Brand and Marketing Manager to develop look-and-feel documents for monthly collection launches. Execute creative assets for launches across digital, retail and wholesale channels. Support retail activations including window concepts, in-store signage and event collateral. Contribute to the development and maintenance of brand guidelines to ensure consistency across all touchpoints. Work closely with wholesale, product and digital teams to support wider business objectives. Monitor competitor activity, industry trends, UX standards and creative best practices to inform design decisions. Manage multiple projects simultaneously, ensuring deadlines are met without compromising quality. Oversee post-production workflows and manage one direct report (retouching support). Maintain organised files and assets across projects REQUIREMENTS Experienced: 5 years of graphic design experience, ideally within fashion, lifestyle or retail. Creative: Naturally creative with strong ideas and a passion for visual storytelling and short-form content. Detail-oriented: Strong attention to detail with excellent written and verbal communication skills. Technical: Advanced skills in Adobe Creative Suite, Figma and Canva. Proactive: Takes ownership, anticipates needs and follows through. Collaborative: Comfortable working across creative, digital and external teams in a fast-paced environment. Organised: Able to manage multiple projects and meet deadlines with ease.
