We are looking for a Graphic Designer to help bring our brand to life across digital campaigns, social content, lead magnets, presentations, ads, website assets, and internal marketing materials. The Role This is a hands-on design role for someone who can create clean, modern, high-converting creative that aligns with a premium property and wealth brand. You will work closely within the marketing team to design assets that support campaigns, launches, webinars, social media, paid ads, email marketing, lead generation, and brand growth as well as company assets. We want someone who understands that good design is not just about making things look nice. It is about communication, clarity, trust, and performance. Key Responsibilities Design high-quality creative assets for Facebook, Instagram, LinkedIn, email campaigns, websites, and landing pages Create branded lead magnets, PDF guides, pitch decks, presentations, and sales collateral Develop ad creatives and campaign visuals that are built to perform Produce social media graphics, carousels, thumbnails, banners, and promotional materials Maintain brand consistency across all touchpoints Work closely with marketing to turn briefs into polished creative quickly and accurately Assist with refining and evolving Henderson Advocacy’s visual identity over time Organise and manage design files, templates, and brand assets Skills And Experience Proven experience as a Graphic Designer, ideally in marketing, media, real estate, finance, or a fast-paced business environment Strong portfolio showing branding, digital ads, social media creative, presentation design, and marketing collateral Strong understanding of layout, typography, visual hierarchy, and brand consistency Proficiency in tools such as, Canva, Figma, Adobe Creative Suite, or similar Ability to design for both aesthetics and conversion Strong communication skills and ability to take direction well High attention to detail Able to manage deadlines and handle multiple projects at once Ideal Candidate Has a sharp eye for premium, modern design Understands how to create trust-building, professional creative for high-value audiences Moves fast without sacrificing quality Takes initiative and does not need to be micromanaged Enjoys working in a performance-driven marketing environment Positive attitude and open to feedback Comfortable collaborating with copywriters, marketers, and leadership Bonus Points Experience creating creatives for paid ads Experience in property, finance, or personal brand businesses Basic video editing or motion design skills Experience with landing page design and marketing funnels To Apply Please send your resume, portfolio, and a short 60 sec LOOM outlining your experience and why you would be a strong fit for Henderson Advocacy.
