What You’ll Do Own and manage the CPO’s complex, multi-time-zone calendar with precision and flexibility Coordinate all travel arrangements, itineraries, and related logistics for the CPO and senior leaders Organise agendas, team meetings, leadership forums, and ensure smooth flow of communication Provide polished support for presentations and decks, including editing and formatting as needed Draft, review, and help manage light internal communications and talking points Handle confidential and sensitive matters with discretion and professionalism Partner closely with a high-needs, fast-paced executive, adapting quickly to changing priorities Manage core administrative tasks such as expense submissions, approvals, and operational support Who You Are A seasoned EA with proven experience supporting senior executives in a fast-paced, creative, and client-focused environment Exceptionally organised with a track record of managing competing priorities seamlessly Confident working autonomously and as a trusted partner to a busy leader Comfortable drafting and polishing presentations and communications Agile, adaptable, and solutions-oriented - able to pivot quickly without missing a beat Skilled at working across diverse stakeholders and regional teams Ideally, you bring some APAC or regional experience, but this is not essential Why Join Us?
