As a Food and Beverage Attendant, you’ll be based primarily in the Alliance Lounge, providing attentive front‑of‑house service, replenishing food and beverage offerings, maintaining lounge presentation standards and ensuring every guest feels genuinely cared for. While the lounge does not operate a bar and features self‑service coffee facilities, bar and barista experience is highly regarded, as you may be required to support other outlets when needed. This is a guest‑focused role suited to individuals who take pride in presentation, enjoy engaging with people and thrive in a service‑driven environment. This role operates Monday to Friday, with the flexibility for occasional weekend shifts. Provide exceptional food and beverage service to guests Assist in the set up and maintenance of dining and service areas Be well-versed in our daily menu offerings, offer recommendations and accommodate dietary needs Collaborate with the team to ensure a seamless dining experience Adhere to compliance and hygiene requirements More about you Previous experience in food and beverage roles in a fast-paced environment Responsible Service of Alcohol & Food Safety Certificates Bartender skills with beer, wine and cocktail knowledge is highly desirable Barista skills or coffee-making experience is highly desirable Passion for hospitality and creating exceptional guest experience Available to work Monday to Friday, with occasional weekend work.
