As a Team Leader, you will oversee our food and beverage team, ensuring the delivery of high-quality offerings that enhance the guest experience. We’re seeking collaborative and motivated hospitality leaders who excel in a fast-paced, dynamic setting. Available to work afternoon, evening & night late shifts, as well as mornings if required. Lead, inspire, train and develop the team to deliver exceptional guest experiences in a fast-paced, high-volume venue Provide hands-on service, showcasing your barista and bartending skills across bar and dining areas Ensure all service areas are set up, maintained and guest-ready at all times Be well-versed in our daily menu offerings, offer recommendations and accommodate dietary needs Drive sales by leading upselling strategies and executing promotional initiatives Adhere to compliance and hygiene requirements More about you Proven experience as a team leader or supervisor in a fast-paced, volume driven venue Approved Manager Card Responsible Service of Alcohol certificate Food Safety Supervisor certificate, or willing to obtain Skilled in bar operations, including barista preparation experience Well versed in coffee making or with barista experience Available to work afternoon,evening & night late shifts, as well as mornings if required, across a 7-day rotating roster.
