This involves directing the caller to the appropriate area using internal systems, responding promptly and efficiently and calmly. You will also provide general office administration: Mail collection and distribution, office orders, stationery supplies Keep communal spaces organised and clean (i.e. kitchen, supply closets, board rooms) Coordinating package pick-up and collection when necessary Assist marketing to keep track of branded merchandise and distribution Assisting with co-ordination of administrative support to leaders which may include: Diary co-ordination, resource bookings, general administration and co-ordination support, catering orders and dietary requirement checking; printing This role may also be required to support the Company Secretary from time to time, assist visitors at reception and be responsible for liaising with the People & Culture and Marketing to issue welcome packs, communicate milestones and recognition initiatives. Other duties relevant to the position as required As this is a job share role, it is expected you will work closely together and provide coverage in periods of absences or leave. The ability to flex up hours from time to time is required. Requirements Ideally a Cert III in Medical Administration or similar qualification Demonstrated experience in an administrative support function (2-3 years), providing support to a variety of managers A mature and positive outlook and the ability to confidently handle sometimes difficult enquiries via phone and online Demonstrated initiative and self motivation, and the ability to manage/prioritise workload and work to deadlines The ability to work both independently and contribute positively as a team member Sound communication skills (both written and verbal), and problem solving skills Strong attention to detail, particularly around systems entry and maintenance of records, and a high level of proficiency in the Microsoft suite (Word, Excel and PowerPoint) Previous experience working in a mental health or disability service setting , and/or awareness of issues pertaining to the effects of mental illness - desirable Must be eligible to apply/currently hold a WWCC and NDIS Worker screening clearances Current driver's license Stride is committed to the safeguarding of children and vulnerable people.
