The Opportunity In this role you will be responsible for supporting customers and managing orders from enquiry through to delivery. Your day-to-day responsibilities will include: Responding to customer phone and email enquiries Processing customer orders accurately within the system Managing forward orders and coordinating custom print orders Communicating stock availability and delivery timeframes Working closely with warehouse, purchasing and sales teams Proactively following up on backorders and customer requests Supporting customers with product or order enquiries Maintaining accurate customer and order records About Us MPM Group is a proudly family-owned Australasian manufacturer and distributor of food and beverage packaging solutions. You will ideally bring: 2 years experience in customer service, internal sales or order processing Strong communication skills and professional phone manner High attention to detail and strong administrative skills Ability to manage multiple tasks and prioritise effectively Confidence using computer systems or ERP/CRM platforms A proactive attitude and willingness to take ownership Experience with Odoo ERP will be highly regarded but is not essential.
