We are seeking a WHS and Wellbeing Administrator to join our Workplace Health, Safety and Wellbeing team for a 6-month contract based at our South Brisbane global head office. This role is ideal for someone who thrives on organisation, accuracy and supporting a team that enables safe and healthy workplaces across a complex and fast paced organisation. The opportunity In this role, you will provide administrative and operational support across a wide range of Workplace Health, Safety and Wellbeing activities, including injury management administration, workers compensation coordination, WHS systems support, compliance monitoring, vendor coordination, WHS communication support and assistance with WHS programs and reporting. Your work will help maintain strong safety systems and ensure our people have the support they need. Key Responsibilities Maintain accurate injury and workers compensation records and support the coordination of return-to-work processes. Assist with WHS systems administration, basic system updates and compliance monitoring. Coordinate vendors, manage purchase orders and support invoice processing. Manage shared inbox enquiries, triage requests and prepare WHS communication materials. Support implementation of WHS programs, data cleansing activities, training coordination and Safety Data Sheet management. Assist with documentation, acquisition activities and general administrative support across WHS and Wellbeing initiatives. What you bring At least three years administrative experience in a corporate environment. Strong organisational skills, attention to detail and confidence navigating multiple systems. Excellent written and verbal communication skills. Ability to manage competing priorities and deadlines with accuracy and professionalism.
