Where you will be working: This role sits within a professional services business of approximately 70 staff, known for strong organic growth and long-standing client relationships. The organisation is moving into brand new offices in South Brisbane later this year and offers an inclusive, social culture with a genuine focus on collaboration. The Opportunity: The Manager, Office and People Operations is responsible for the efficient and professional management of the organisation’s corporate offices, while supporting a range of human resource activities and staff engagement initiatives. Reporting directly to the Chief Operating Officer and providing high-level executive confidential support, this role oversees administrative personnel and front office services. Key Responsibilities: Provide oversight and mentorship to reception and administrative staff, including performance support. Partner with the COO to implement performance management processes, including goal setting, reviews, and development planning. Coordinate recruitment processes, prepare HR-related documents. Support the delivery and maintenance of HR policies, ensuring alignment with compliance requirements and organisational culture. Assist in learning and development administration, including training coordination and compliance tracking. Act as the primary liaison and problem solver between the IT service provider and internal staff. Coordinate and support the implementation of new technology solutions, working closely with key project stakeholders as required. Manage communication tools and processes to support a connected and informed workforce. To be successful in this role, you will have: Executive office management with HR experience essential.
