In this position, you will: Lead a team of up to six TA Partners through weekly 1:1s, coaching, structure and clear expectations Operate as a player‑coach , managing your own portfolio while lifting capability across the team Embed The One Best Way , a standardised, compliant, safeguarding‑driven recruitment experience Maintain discipline and momentum in a high‑volume environment Build trust, stability and culture within a team that values clarity, consistency and support Strengthen recruiter capability through frameworks, coaching, and real‑time feedback This role moves fast, involves high accountability, and requires someone who can lead with confidence, maturity and presence.
