About the role They are looking for a full-time, in-person Administration Assistant. As the heartbeat of the studio, you will ensure the day-to-day operations run smoothly and efficiently. You’ll be the central point of coordination—supporting leadership, connecting the team internally and externally, and maintaining a professional, organised, and welcoming studio environment. Your Responsibilities Oversee the daily rhythm of the Sydney studio, including scheduling, correspondence, and maintaining a well-organised office environment. Prepare, format, and manage documentation to a consistently high standard, including reports, presentations, and confidential records. Act as a professional and reliable point of contact for staff, clients, and external stakeholders. Identify and implement improvements to studio systems and processes to enhance efficiency and workflow. Support the Sydney leadership team with operational and business needs, including submissions coordination, materials preparation, and project record management. Your Skills and Experience Strong written and verbal communication skills, with a professional and discreet approach. Excellent organisational and time management skills, with the ability to meet deadlines and adapt to shifting priorities. Ability to work calmly under pressure and take ownership of responsibilities. Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and Outlook, with confidence using Adobe Acrobat; familiarity with Photoshop and InDesign is advantageous. A post-secondary qualification or equivalent relevant experience. Previous administrative experience within architecture, design, construction, or a related industry is desirable.
