BENEFITS: Endless career progression opportunities available Competitive salary on offer pending experience Secure and strong pipeline of work Ability to learn and develop from senior staff and leader RESPONSBILITIES: Prepare and assist takeoffs and cost estimates Letting and vetting various subcontractor packages Assisting with creating program and project timelines Liaise with all relevant stakeholders and negotiate with subcontractors Submitting variations, RFI's and EOT's Review and ensure all documents remain up to date Report directly to Project Manager and liaise with project team Track and ensure all project financials remain within budget EXPERIENCE REQUIRED: Previous Contract Administrator/Project Coordinator or Quantity Surveyor experience Experience delivering Fitout/Refurbishment projects Ability to deliver and oversee multiple projects simultaneously and autonomously Experience preparing takeoffs and pricing for subcontractors Strong interpersonal and communication skills Team player and driven mindset Procore software experience Company Respected D&C Fitout and Refurbishment contractor with a national team of 40 staff, delivering high-quality projects throughout Melbourne CBD and surrounding precincts up to $10M.
