Job Description Your New Role In this role, you will provide high‑quality administrative support to coordinate valuations across Development Victoria, ensuring timeframes are met and strong relationships are maintained with the Valuer‑General Victoria (VGV) and the Victorian Government Land Monitor (VGLM). You will work across multiple projects and stakeholders to support the smooth operation of the team and the delivery of essential services, including contributing to market research by acquiring and managing sales data used to assess DV’s commercial outcomes. Please note: This is a part-time opportunity 5 hours per day, 5 days per week Core Accountabilities: Coordinate valuation requests, monitor progress and timeframes, and ensure accurate records and compliance with VGV/VGLM requirements. Provide policy‑aligned advice to project teams to support compliant and commercially sound transactions. Maintain strong relationships with VGV and VGLM as the primary contact and manage enquiries with professionalism. Process valuation‑related invoices and support updates to internal policies, procedures, and audit readiness. Collect and maintain sales data for market research, enhancing the centralised database to support commercial assessments. Monitor market activity and provide tailored research using property data tools when required. Desired Skills and Experience About You Tertiary qualifications in property, valuation, economics, analytics, construction, commerce, finance, or related fields are well regarded. Proficient in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook) and experienced with electronic filing or document management systems. Strong customer service skills and experience coordinating with multiple stakeholders. Excellent attention to detail with strong writing, editing and verbal communication skills. Able to prepare clear, concise reports and information for internal and external stakeholders. Builds effective relationships, responds to stakeholder needs promptly, and follows through on inquiries and issues in a timely and professional manner.
