A privately owned property group is seeking an experienced Project Manager to lead the delivery of a strong pipeline of hotel and mixed-use developments across the Gold Coast. Known for delivering high-quality, design-led projects, the business has multiple hospitality developments currently in planning and delivery phases. You will take ownership of projects from design through to completion, managing all aspects of delivery across time, cost and quality. This is an opportunity to work on complex, high-end hotel developments within a collaborative and fast-paced environment.
