As a medium-sized team, they offer a supportive and collaborative work environment where your contributions will make an impact. This is a part-time role, working 24 hours per week across 5 days. Job Description Prepare, review, and manage lease agreements and related documentation. Maintain accurate lease records and databases for compliance and reporting purposes. Coordinate with internal and external stakeholders to address lease-related inquiries. Assist with rent reviews, lease renewals, and other tenancy matters. Ensure compliance with relevant property laws and regulations. Generate and analyse reports to support the property management team. Provide administrative support for the property department as required. Identify and resolve discrepancies in lease documentation or payments. The Successful Applicant Previous experience in lease administration or a related property role. MRI Experience A strong understanding of property management processes and lease documentation. Excellent attention to detail and organisational skills. Proficiency in property management software and Microsoft Office Suite.
