Our Randwick clinic, nestled within the Prince of Wales, is looking for an enthusiastic Senior Medical Receptionist to be a welcoming face of our team. The role is a full time position working Monday - Friday, with 9 hour shifts between 7:30am-5pm . These house all for a a 9-day fortnight. This means you receive one rostered day off every fortnight – giving you a day off every week to help support genuine work-life balance. Role Overview: As a Medical Receptionist , you will be the first point of contact for our patients. Your responsibilities will include: Greeting patients warmly and assisting with check-in procedures. Answering phone calls and emails promptly and handling inquiries professionally. Collaborating with clerical and technical staff, radiologists, referrers, and hospital specialists. Work across both our Hospital and MRI clinics, getting great exposure to the research department in the MRI Neuroscience building.
