Your Opportunity: We are seeking a proactive and detail-oriented Marketing Administrator to support the coordination and execution of product-based marketing campaigns across retail and wholesale channels. This role is responsible for ensuring accurate product and promotional data, supporting campaign administration, and assisting in the smooth delivery of multiple concurrent marketing activities. You will work closely with internal marketing, merchandise, and operations teams, as well as external suppliers, to ensure all campaign information is correctly captured, maintained, and delivered within required timelines. Provide administrative support for the delivery of product marketing campaigns across retail and wholesale channels Liaise with internal stakeholders and external suppliers to collect product information, pricing, and promotional details Maintain and update product and campaign data within internal systems, ensuring accuracy and consistency Support the coordination of campaign timelines and assist in tracking critical deadlines Assist with the setup and maintenance of promotional product information for campaign execution Work with multiple internal teams to ensure campaign requirements are met and information is complete Follow up with stakeholders to obtain missing or updated product and campaign information Ensure all marketing and product administration tasks are completed in line with deadlines and standards Experience required Administration experience minimum 1 year Strong attention to detail and high level of data accuracy Excellent communication skills for liaising with suppliers and internal teams Intermediate understand of excel (V look ups) Apply Today Submit your CV directly via email to Maria Saavedra on maria.saavedra@roberthalf.com.au , or by pressing the Apply button.
