Reporting directly to the Project Manager, you'll play a key role in the day-to-day site management, technical coordination, and delivery of projects safely and to the highest quality standards. About the Role As a Project Engineer, you'll be at the heart of project execution — coordinating subcontractors, managing materials and equipment, maintaining quality records, and providing technical support to site teams and clients. You'll work closely with Construction Supervisors to resolve scheduling, technical, and safety challenges, and ensure all works are delivered in line with our project execution plans. Your key responsibilities will include: Coordinating subcontractors and ensuring compliance with safe work procedures and quality plans Maintaining comprehensive site diaries and quality records including ITPs and weld maps Ordering and validating receipt of materials and equipment on site Conducting safety observations and audits, uploaded weekly to the MyOSH system Preparing weekly client reports, man-hour productivity records, and cost forecasts Liaising with the drawing and engineering office to resolve technical issues Ensuring field staff have access to correct, current drawings, tools, and equipment About You You're a motivated engineer who thrives in a site-based environment and takes pride in delivering quality outcomes. You bring strong problem-solving skills, clear communication at all levels, and a genuine commitment to safety and continuous improvement. You will have: A tertiary or trade qualification in an engineering discipline A current White Card / Blue Card (General WHS Induction for Construction) Strong interpersonal and leadership skills Proven analytical and problem-solving ability Experience in construction project delivery (highly regarded) How to Apply Ready to take the next step?
