This opportunity will see you working across a broad range of estate and succession law matters, including estate planning, estate administration, trust structures, and contested estate proceedings. You will play a central role in advising clients on complex matters, drafting key legal documents, and managing estate administration from start to finish. The role also provides exposure to equity and estate litigation, offering a strong mix of both advisory and dispute resolution work. As a senior member of the team, you will have the opportunity to mentor junior lawyers, contribute to the development of the practice, and build strong client relationships within a supportive and collaborative environment.
