The Opportunity An opportunity has arisen for a Solicitor (3-5 PQE) and Senior Associate (any level of SA) to join the firm’s Financial Services Regulatory (FSR) team in Sydney. Working within a highly regarded national practice, the successful candidate will advise a diverse client base, including domestic and international organisations across: Banking and financial institutions Non-bank lending Payments and fintech This is a non-contentious regulatory role , supporting clients as they navigate an increasingly complex and evolving regulatory landscape, including upcoming reforms. The successful candidate will join a dynamic and fast-growing area of law, working closely with experienced practitioners on cutting-edge regulatory matters.
