This is a key front-of-house role, responsible for creating a positive first impression while also providing day-to-day administrative support to the wider team. Key Responsibilities Manage the front desk and greet clients, visitors, and staff in a professional manner Answer and direct incoming phone calls and emails Maintain a clean, organised, and welcoming reception area Provide general administrative support including data entry, filing, and document preparation Coordinate meeting rooms, bookings, and office supplies Assist with ad hoc admin tasks to support the team About You Previous experience in a receptionist or administrative role Strong communication and interpersonal skills Professional presentation and a customer-focused approach High level of organisation and attention to detail Ability to multitask and work independently Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite Why Join Partum Engineering?
