About the opportunity Werribee Mercy Hospital is a public hospital delivering care to the growing community of the West of Melbourne. We have an exciting growth strategy which will lay the foundation for our future growth including $110 million 2 story Emergency Department due for completion in late 2026. As part of this expansion, we are looking for experienced registered nurses with a passion for ED nursing to join our team. our dedicated education team offers tailored training and continuous support, empowering you to thrive in the fast-paced emergency department setting. To thrive in this role, you will have: Post graduate Critical Care qualifications - Desirable Recent experience in an Emergency Department - Desirable A minimum of 1 year experience as a Registered Nurse in an Australian acute care setting - Essential Excellent clinical, time management, organisational and communication skills, with the ability to adapt and problem solve. A compassionate, flexible and positive approach to effective patient care and management. You will also be required to provide evidence of, or in the process of obtaining: A current Police Record Check and Working with Children Check.
