Job Description Create your best future and join Westpac as a Strategy and Performance Manager, Data, Digital and AI. What’s the role? This role is a Parental Leave Cover Role for a 12-month period. As Strategy and Performance Manager within Data, Digital and AI, you’ll sit at the heart of shaping where we go next and making sure it actually happens. You’ll help define the strategic story for Data, Digital and AI, translate big ideas into clear priorities, and run the performance rhythm that keeps leaders aligned, confident and focused on outcomes that matter. You’ll work AI first, stay curious about what’s emerging, and move easily between technical experts and senior leaders to land clarity and action at pace. Success here isn’t just about great strategy on paper. It’s about sustained movement in outcomes, value creation and belief in the direction we’re heading. This is a full time hybrid role based in Sydney, Warrane Gadigal Country or Melbourne, Naarm Wurundjeri Country. What do I need? • Strong experience shaping strategy and turning it into clear priorities and outcomes • Confidence working across Data, Digital and AI, with a learning mindset and curiosity for what’s next • Experience running performance systems such as OKRs, scorecards and executive reporting • Ability to influence senior stakeholders through clear thinking, storytelling and judgement • Comfort working in ambiguity, balancing pace, detail and strategic focus Why join us?
