About You : You are an experienced and driven community organiser with a talent for supporting grassroots environment organisations, event and project management, and inspiring volunteers to take effective action for nature. All applicants must have the right to work in Australia. Position Summary : The Community Organiser will work closely with our Organising Team to build and strengthen our network of over 200 member groups across the state, ensuring we are a powerful voice for nature in NSW. This will include leading on the organising of events and projects that aim to develop capacity for volunteer environment organisations and raise awareness for various environmental causes. A key part of this role will be managing volunteers to work together on these goals. You may be required to perform other duties as directed from time to time to suit organisational requirements and which are broadly consistent with your role.
