Senior technical role suited to someone who enjoys owning end-to-end solution Adelaide CBD, Hybrid working environment Competitive rates based on experience Senior Dynamics 365 and Power Platform Developer Duration: 13 Month contract Location: Adelaide CBD | Hybrid Market rates We are seeking an experienced Senior Dynamics 365 and Power Platform Developer to lead the design, build and delivery of a significant transformation program. This is a senior technical role suited to someone who enjoys owning end-to-end solution development, guiding a small team and delivering high quality, secure, scalable enterprise applications. You will work across Dynamics 365 CE, Power Platform and Azure services, shaping technical design, driving development standards and leading critical data migration activities from legacy systems into D365. This role partners closely with architects, analysts and project teams to ensure seamless integration, strong governance and consistent delivery outcomes. What you will be doing Lead the technical design and development of custom solutions across Dynamics 365 CE, Power Apps, Power Automate and Dataverse Guide a small team of developers, upholding coding standards, quality control and delivery timelines Configure Power Platform Apps and Portals, and develop plugins, PCF controls, workflows and Liquid templates Own data migration activities including mapping, transformation and migration into D365 using modern tooling Produce technical design documentation, build reports and contribute to support materials Collaborate with business and technical analysts, architects for cloud, integration, network and security Work alongside other delivery teams to align to endorsed patterns or drive approval for new components Implement and manage CI/CD pipelines using Azure DevOps, including version control, branching and release management Ensure all solution design and delivery aligns with established development, architecture and governance standards Essential experience Strong background designing and implementing enterprise cloud applications and Dynamics 365 solutions Proven experience leading development within Agile and Scrum environments Advanced capability in Dynamics 365 CE and Power Platform configuration and customisation Highly proficient in C#, JavaScript, TypeScript and Liquid templates Experience with CI/CD tools, backlog management and data migration tooling such as KingswaySoft, Azure Data Factory, Azure DevOps and GIT Good understanding of development best practice across coding, testing and scalable design Comfortable working autonomously, managing competing priorities and delivering outcomes within deadlines Strong problem solving, risk identification and decision making capability Desirable skills Microsoft certifications in D365, Power Platform or Azure such as PL400, MB600 or AZ204 Exposure to Entra ID, .NET and SQL Server Experience with Azure Integration Services including Logic Apps, APIM, Functions or Service Bus Understanding of delivery frameworks including Prince2, PMBOK, Lean or Agile Familiarity with UML modelling, particularly deployment diagrams Experience evaluating IT products or solutions across enterprise environments If you are a senior technical specialist who enjoys leading development, owning complex problem-solving and working within a highly structured environment with strong governance, I would love to discuss this role further.
