About the role The Product Learning Designer (Content Producer) will create and maintain user-facing content for all Fivecast products and audiences. They will create engaging training content in alignment with a curriculum, support regional localisation with a “global first” approach, and support the Product team with sales collateral and technical documentation as required. This role is central to quarterly release cycles and collaborates closely with global and customer-facing teams. Responsibilities: Become an expert user of Fivecast software products and channel that knowledge into designing and creating engaging digital content. Author and maintain product knowledge bases, user manuals and guides, providing customers with self-service access to product information and support. Create customer-facing release notes and feature summaries to support customer success. Creating shortform video content, including product walkthroughs and “how-to” videos Developing knowledge checks for user certifications in Fivecast Academy In collaboration with the Learning Experience working group: Contribute to a curriculum to ensure regional instructor-led training covers new application features. Maintain training scenario catalogues, testing scenarios with each software release.Collaborate with regional LX teams and trainers to localise/adapt materials per market or regulatory needs Work side-by-side with our Product Managers and Technical Writers to be aware of any upcoming new features and product roadmaps to ensure content remains relevant Work with our Customer Success teams globally to develop a strong understanding of how our products are used by our customers Work with Marketing and UX teams to apply standard content templates and patterns to align material with Fivecast brand guidelines. Requirements Australian citizen, based in Adelaide Australia Portfolio of existing video learning content Basic video/audio production/editing capability Basic PhotoShop or equivalent familiarity Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal, with the ability to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams Ability to digest technical information and transform that into content suitable for delivery Have an end-user focus to be able to prioritize the needs of our customers in developing compelling and accessible training content and information Ability to collaborate effectively across teams, be proactive, self-motivated and work with a high level of autonomy Desirable criteria Experience in creating technical training content for SaaS or computer software audiences Previous experience using OSINT within the intelligence, government or defence sectors. Tertiary qualification in Learning Design, Education, Communications, or related discipline Experience with localisation, translation management, or global content deployment Experience working with LMS/LXP platforms and authoring tools (e.g., LearnUpon, Easy Generator, Scribe, Articulate 360, Captivate, Rise, Vyond, Camtasia or equivalents) Experience in the training and development function with intelligence, law enforcement, or other agency sectors with an intelligence analysis or assessment function Experience in training of SaaS platforms.
