What you’ll do As our Data & Reporting Officer, you will help ensure our organisation has accurate, reliable data and clear reporting to guide decisions and improve services. Your insights will support the teams delivering housing and community programs that make a real difference in people’s lives. Working closely with tenancy, asset, finance, and community teams, you will transform complex data into meaningful dashboards, reports and insights that support operational and strategic decision-making. You will also help strengthen data quality processes and improve how information is captured and used across systems. You’ll be trusted to make a valuable impact by: Developing reports and dashboards that provide clear insights for operational teams and leadership Maintaining high-quality and accurate datasets across tenancy, property, maintenance, and client systems Preparing regulatory, compliance and performance reports for internal and external stakeholders including government agencies Identifying and improving data quality processes to ensure reliable reporting Supporting teams with reporting tools, data literacy and ad-hoc data analysis requests What you’ll bring To thrive in this role, you will have: Qualifications in data analytics, IT, business, social sciences or a related field Experience in data analysis, reporting, or business intelligence roles Strong capability in Excel, Power BI, dashboards and data reporting tools Ability to interpret, analyse, and present data clearly to non-technical stakeholders Understanding of data governance, privacy and ethical data handling We would also love you to have: Experience in community housing, social services, or government sectors Knowledge of tenancy or asset management systems Why Believe Housing Australia?
