Multiple Shift Patterns – Monday to Friday 06:00am – 2:00pm – Inbound and Outbound – IXD and AWD 08:00am – 4:00pm – Inbound AWD 10:00am – 6:00pm – Dispatch and Outbound – IXD and AWD 2:00pm – 10:00pm – Outbound Job Description / The Role – Toll Group are looking for an experienced Operations Supervisor to join our Retail and Consumer division based in Kemps Creek, NSW. You will play an essential role in maintaining and creating a high-performing, positive, and safety-obsessed team culture. As an Operations Supervisor, you’ll lead day-to-day warehouse activities to ensure all work is completed safely, accurately and in line with Toll and legislative requirements. You’ll guide, support and develop teams, drive operational performance, and ensure our customer experiences the highest level of service. This is a key leadership role where customer excellence and operational efficiency all come together, and you will need to drive high standards whilst ensuring the site is being run safely and efficiently within a dynamic Distribution Centre where no two days are the same, and continuous improvement is part of the culture. Key Responsibilities and Duties, but not limited to: Direct, coordinate, and supervise warehouse operations to achieve service objectives. Plan and coordinate activities autonomously to achieve daily results and contribute to strategic goals. Build and enhance team capabilities, ensuring high standards of work and safety. Identify and develop opportunities to grow the business with innovative solutions. Assess customer needs and provide effective solutions, ensuring long-term commitment to Toll. Supervise and guide team members, providing direction and training. Coordinate work activities and ensure department throughput is maximised. About You: Extensive experience in logistics and warehouse supply chain management. Strong understanding of warehousing and management systems (WMS). Ability to identify and remedy operational inefficiencies. Excellent communication and leadership skills. Commitment to safety and environmental sustainability.
